Launching Our New Website this Week

ProPack is very excited to be launching our brand new and completely reworded company website tomorrow at 12:00 PST. With this launch we get caught up on 10 years of website technology and truly bring our web presence into the 21st century. However, not only is our new site designed to draw more attention to our business services, it’s also design to build value for our existing clients and others who chooses to visit us on the internet.

One of the elements on our home page designed to build value are widgets. These are standalone controls on the left side of the home page built to provide convenient information. They currently include Package Tracking, Ground Time In Transit, Border Wait Times, CND Exchange Rates, and Fuel Surcharges.

Track Your Package

Track any packages shipped via FedEx, UPS, US Mail or DHL with this widget. Simply copy or type your tracking number into the text box and click “Track”. The widget will open up the appropriate carrier’s tracking page and display the tracking results.

Ground Time In Transit

Ground delivery times for UPS and FedEx vary based on zone. Enter your destination zip code into the “Dest. Zip” text box, click “Calculate” and receive both the FedEx and UPS days in transit from ProPack to your consignee’s location.

Border Wait Times

Get live northbound border wait times for Blaine, Lynden and Sumas in Washington State as well as links to southbound wait times and web cams for equivalent Canadian crossings.

CND Exchange

View the past five days Canadian exchange rate.

Current Fuel Rates

Fuel surcharges are the percent carriers tack onto their freight charges to account for fuel. These rates change every month and are indexed to the current market price of a barrel of oil. Check out the current fuel percentage rates for ProPack’s carrier partners in this widget.
