How do I get product into the United States?
Product is brought into the US via land (rail or road based carrier), sea or air. It can be dropped shipped from the manufacturer or sent by our customer. Product will need to be Customs cleared before it can be brought to ProPack.

What carriers do you use for small package forwarding?
ProPack can use any small package carrier of your choosing. However we have teamed up with Fed Ex and DHL to offer superior rates and service.

Can I come down to view and inspect my inventory?
Yes. Our doors are open. Just call or email ahead of time to schedule an appointment.

How are my customers notified when an order leaves ProPack?
You will be emailed a comprehensive shipment detail every evening if you had product ship that day. As well, we offer you the ability to have your customer's shipping data sent to an email provided to us by you.

What happens if my package is damaged in transit or goes missing?
Your packages are extremely important to us. Please notify us immediately if you know that your package is damaged upon receipt or has not delivered in a timely manner and our Customer Service representatives will be more than willing to work with the shipping carrier to resolve your concerns.

When do orders need to be submitted to ensure they are shipped same day?
You may send us orders as late as 1 pm. Any air shipments get highest priority and every effort will be made to ship them if they are received after 1 pm.

Do you send packing slips or invoices with shipments?
Yes, if you desire, we will include a copy of either the packing slip or invoice. We can also send both if you choose. We also offer to send a copy of our Pick Ticket with the shipment in lieu of the packing slip or invoice.

What is Dimensional Weight
Dimensional weight is used by carriers to determine final charges, if the package size is disproportionate to package weight.

What is a Fuel Surcharge
A Fuel Surcharge is the fee assigned on a percentage basis to the base freight on a shipment. For example if the freight charge on a FedEx Ground shipment is $10.00 and the fuel surcharge percent is 8.0% then the total charge would be $10.80. Fuel surcharges are adjusted each month based on the current cost of fuel.
