2.Physical Counts - Physical inventory counts are conducted on a daily basis, cycling through entire product lines over a chosen period of time and on all product dropping below a low quantity threshold to ensure accurate inventory and catch discrepancies early.
3.Automated Replenishment - Maximizing efficiency in storage and minimizing re-stocking time, our automated replenishment tool determines maximum quantities of inventory that will fit in forward pick locations. On top of that, it automatically alerts our team when quantities drop below preset minimum levels, allowing for rapid re-stock before orders are held up.
