A decade ago ProPack wrestled with the challenge to fit purchased technology into the unique business needs of our clients. The challenge with purchased (or off the shelf) solutions is that they’ll meet 90% of your needs but not address the final 10%
that differentiates a company from its competitors. This led ProPack in 2004 to begin building systems from scratch for its Order Fulfillment and Freight Forwarding operations.
